Cove Lake Property Owners Association

A Haven Nestled in the Heart of Stonecrest!

There are lots of things to love about our neighborhood, but the thing we can all definitely agree on is that it is easily accessible, close to the highway, grocery stores, hospital and public transportation. However, it’s also quiet enough that first time visitors are always surprised and usually exclaim “Ooooh! I didn’t know anything was down there!”

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

If you’ve been living here for any number of years, you may have misplaced some of the important documents you received at your home closing. We thought it would be a good idea to list the big ones here for you in case you ever need them.

TRASH ETIQUETTE 101

There are three important things to know about trash.
• Trash attracts coyotes, dogs, cats, racoons, rats, mice & all kinds of rodents if not contained in a closed container.
• Trash blows all over the place if not contained in a closed container.
• Trash attracts crime.

Trash pickup is on Thursdays and holiday pickup is on Fridays

Trash for pickup should be placed on the curbside on Wednesdays after 7pm. and removed by 7pm on Thursday.

Your CLOSED trash container should be stored up against your home until pickup.

No OVERFLOWING trash container or trash bags shall be stored outdoors or be visible from the street.

You can order additional trash cans if needed from Dekalb County Sanitation Department for a one time fee of $15.00.

Bulk pickup (ex: mattresses, furniture, appliances etc.) is a special request pickup and will need to be scheduled by contacting Dekalb County Sanitation Department.

Lawn debris should prepared properly for pickup and may require a special pickup request.

Contact Dekalb Sanitation Department for instructions.

The magic thing about home is that it feels good to leave, and it feels even better to come back.

A house is made of bricks and beams. A home is made of hopes and dreams

Home is a place you grow up wanting to leave, and grow old wanting to get back to.
